STRATEGIC PLANNING

A strategic plan defines what an organization intends to accomplish in the
future and how, the strategies, it will employ to get there. These plans
guide the organization to accomplishing its business goals. The plans are
very useful in:
* Communicating the organization's goals
* Establishing direction for the management team and staff
* Providing a road-map for setting priorities
Our professionally trained facilitators take your senior team through the
process of putting your plan together, including a communications plan to
deliver the message throughout the organization. Professionally developed
materials are provided. The plan is usually developed off-site in a two or
three day format. There is a negotiated flat fee depending upon the
complexity of the business plus travel expenses.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Leadership is all about getting the right things done. It is about setting
goals and achieving results. Decision-making, problem solving, action
planning, breaking down barriers, setting target dates, delegating tasks,
spurring self-motivation, maintaining a positive attitude, implementing
actions, monitoring results and adjusting plans and activities are all
required. Balance and self examination is required. Our leadership
development process was developed over a twenty-five year period. We
know it works because our clients tell us it works. The process is delivered
on a weekly basis as follows:

Session costs vary with the course and number of participants.

NEW MANAGER ASSIMILATION

The half-day process gives your new manager a six-month jump on:
* Forming critical relationships with staff
* Learning about critical, not obvious, business issues
* Gaining commitment and action from staff
* Quickly identifying themes and norms in a group
The process is usually conducted on-site. Facilitators are experienced. Fees
depend upon the number of participants and facilitators required.

SUCCESSION PLANNING

Many financial advisors claim they provide succession planning. What they
provide are funding mechanisms to pay for the transition of management or
ownership of the company upon the occurrence of a certain event. What
they don't provide is a plan to prepare the organization or individuals
involved, those leaving and those assuming new roles, for their new roles.
We use assessments and development to prepare the organization and the
individuals moving into new roles for their new roles. These processes are
customized for each organization and individual. Fees and timing are based
upon the breadth of the project.

SOUND DECISION MAKING

Executives and managers in all levels of the organization must make sound
decisions. In a two-day workshop we provide the process and practice
needed for sound decision making. The workshop is usually conducted
on-site. Fees are $2000 plus travel expenses. This fee covers groups up to
10 participants. An initial consultation is provided at no charge.

BUSINESS ETHICS CODIFICATION

It is no surprise that businesses are developing a Code of Ethics and
procedures for communicating and enforcing those codes. We have direct
experience in this area and will share it with you in developing a code and
compliance plan that fits your organization. This is a customized product and
timing and fees vary accordingly.
