Terri C.H. Culley

Terri, the Chief Executive and Principal of Primacy Professional Pathways
International, LLC, a company she founded in 1998, is a dedicated down-to-
earth, results oriented professional. While earning her degree in Philosophy,
she studied and produced a provocative cultural anthropological paper on
race relations in New Zealand. She has studied human behavior and
authored papers on comparative religion and abnormal psychology. She has published
articles and is a regular contributor on Human Resource Risk Management issues. Terri
also holds a Masters Degree in Management and Organization.

Holding various sales, management and executive positions with Fortune 500
and small business firms, Terri regularly worked hand-in-hand with business
leaders to develop their strategies, leadership and improved performance
and results. Later, with her own sales experience as a foundation, she
focused her efforts on improved sales results for Property & Casualty brokers
and agents. The program provided literally hundreds of agents and brokers
with a foundation for success. As her graduates let her know, they are still
reaping the benefits of her “Applied Skills and Knowledge” approach. She
has worked in many organizations including Lumber Yards, Retail, Travel,
Insurance, Securities, Capital Markets, Churches, Motorcycle Dealers and others.

Terri holds several professional certifications in performance management,
facilitation and organizational design. Her professional designations include
CPCU, CIC and AAI. She is a member of NAFE, the New England Association for
Psychological Type, SHRM, PIA and ISPI. She is an Associate member of the International
Association of Coaches and CPTA. She has served on the board of directors of a
successful Denver based firm for several years. Her work in
employee relations has received commendations from judges and attorneys.
She is a lifetime member of Who’s Who Among Executive
and Professional Women. In addition, she was awarded the RAC Winners
Circle Award.
