TIME MANAGEMENT
Get organized! Find out why you aren't organized. Do you know how you are spending your time? Are you managing your time according to your priorities? This workshop begins with an introduction to Time Management. Participants track their time usage over the period of a week. A follow up session is held to put new practices into place where needed, Sessions are conducted on premises. Materials are provided. Fees are charged per participant plus travel expenses.

Work Process Improvement includes mapping your current process, conducting focus groups with members from your customer chain and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, a plan is developed for implementation and monitoring measurements are established. Project length varies by complexity. Fees are based upon consulting hours.
